Tom's vision for professional baseball in Plymouth was the driving force behind the creation of the company. A native of the South Shore, an elected and appointed public servant, Tom is a true baseball fanatic.
Background:
Tom has a BA from Georgetown University and spent a number of years working as a senior litigation assistant and small business consultant before serving for 10 years in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He currently serves as the Treasurer of Plymouth County. As an Eagle Scout, Tom remains active with the Boy Scouts of America and continues his involvement with many local civic organizations.
Mary J. Fiore
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Job Role:
As Chief Financial Officer, Mary is responsible for the financial management and accounting function of the corporation. Budgeting, Cash Flow and Pro-Forma Financial Maintenance and Project Cost Financial Reporting are critical components to the organization's success in Fundraising and Operations.
Background:
Mary is a long-time resident of Kingston and has been involved in many local government committees. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University. Mary is self-employed and has over 20 years of experience in managing the finances of several prominent engineering firms on the South Shore.
Erik J. Christensen
Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Job Role:
Erik is responsible for creating, guiding and maintaining the marketing efforts within all areas of the project, including building brand awareness, developing consumer products and playing a key role with overseeing the entire event operations.
Background:
Erik is a Plymouth resident for over 25 years. He has a Masters in Business from Johnson & Wales University and has owned and operated a lecture and promotion agency for over 15 years. He has played a vital role in producing events including music, theatre, comedy, corporate outings and fundraisers throughout North America. Erik brings an extensive knowledge with product development and branding.
Philip A. Ricardi
Vice President of Facilities Development
Job Role:
Phil manages the development of the new facility from permitting through design and construction.
Background:
Since moving to Plymouth in 1998, Phil has been involved in the several town administrative functions. He was a member of the Advisory & Finance Committee from 1998 – 2004, chairing the Committee for two years. An engineering graduate of Northeastern University, Phil has 30 years of experience developing commercial real estate ranging from $10 mil to $250 mil. He has been operating his own firm, consulting in real estates development for several large developers, since 2002
